Holt Festival – Our First Show With Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel – Photos
On the 25th of July 2015 we played our first ever show with Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel at the Holt Festival at the East Coast of England. To “get our toes wet” before going on tour with them later that year.
What a stunning venue to kick it all off! The whole experience of playing as part of someone else’s band, to learn a brand new setlist and to improvise with other world renowned musicians on the spot, in front of thousands of people watching, and twice as many ears listening, was a totally new experience, and we still remember the anticipation and excitement of that night so well.
The long travel to get to Holt, the overnight stay at the hotel, the fact that we packed twice as many guitars, ukes and all sorts of percussion instruments that we would normally never bring to a gig … our first experience with a very different set of live shows.

Whoa… Now that was indeed a lifetime experience worthy of memorable and cherishing… Am glad you had the opportunity to do this and hoping more gigs with them are to come along… Fab pix and all had fun and good times..
