Of course, Beatles songs and the Cavern Club go together like cookies and cream, and so about a third of the tunes we played there every Saturday night were Beatles songs. Without fail you could see everyone’s eyes light up when they came down the Cavern steps for the first time and heard us bring that Beatles sound back to life – it was such a joy to see!
You don’t even have to be a Beatles fan to know “Can’t Buy Me Love” and even the most casual of Cavern Club visitors would sing along and have a dance with us when we kicked off into this song.

Such an amazing performance, and it looks so easy!! ? I’m so perplexed at how tight, relaxed and perfect the performances are, whether you’ve had 100 or 1000 shows under your belt, this kind of mastery still requires rarefied skill.
You’ve done it again you’ve taken a classic Beatles song and together with your fabulous harmonies you’ve done this song justice well done and also congratulations on while my guitar gently weeps topping 4,million keep going girls you’re fab

On another note…Congrats on My Guitar Gently Weeps topping the 4-million views earlier today Friday June 26….and who would’ve thought that song released 9 years ago and Drive My Car 7 years ago top the 4-million one day apart…in Texas where I am there is technically still one left in this day and Drive My Car needs less than 2,000 views to top 4-million…so if it doesn’t happen in the next hour then surely it’ll happen tomorrow….Congrats on the great success of your YouTube music..two songs reaching 4-million views one day apart….who would’ve thought …WOW ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love the “live” band stuff and after reading some of the others comments I agree entirely there WILL BE eventually a Live FromThe Cavern Club Beatles and More….it was mentioned by you girls at one point that you generally would have about 40 different songs that you would play in a night…..hmmm that’s about 3 albums worth. !!!!

sorry but this makes me sad ! – your such a brilliant team, your studio recording are impeccable, but your live shows are amazing !!!!! – I’m sad because I missed these gigs in Liverpool and all the other UK venues and it doesn’t look like I’m gonna get to see any new live gigs in the near future – finger crossed thing will get back to normal soon and we can all catch up on the magic of live music. Congratulations girls on keeping a “Stiff Upper Lip” in these trying times, your nearly British now !! (lol)
Really enjoying these live performances coming along regularly and I’m looking forward to maybe a video production of the full concert before the year is out. So much to look forward to from the MLT over the next few months. Hopefully my “Duo Sessions” CD will arrive within the next week. It does have a long way to travel all the way Downunder! ?❤️

That thought already crossed my mind some time ago…great minds think alike…lol…you never know, guess we’ll wait and see??
I fully expect it to be a DVD since video plays such a big role in these performances and it would give fans a much better idea of what is was like for the MLTs to perform live in the most famous Cellar in the World. Besides, Michaela and Rudi worked there butts off and their arms probably still ache from all the camera and lighting work. It was a tremendous effort on their parts and the results are mind boggling. Of course a companion double
CD would be be included. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
We have one more treasure jewel. I’m loving this gig. I’d very much like to have been at the Cavern Club watching you., for sure my eyes would shine too.
What great vibe and energy, and you can see it in the reaction from the audience as they sing along too. You play so tight and crisp, it sounds awesome. Love the scream, you really rock on stage! Thanks for the fabulous groovy feeling lift you give whenever we witness one of your live performances.

A crowd favorite, and a personel favorite of mine. Who doesn’t like a good Beatles Classic, bit when its Can’t Buy Me Love, it make it more Special.
You still have that one thing the Beatles were missing, your irresistible harmonies. They stand out in everysing you do. It’s like it has a spotlight on it every time you sing. Tour harmonies stand out in ways only few others can understand. The Beach Boys, and Bee Gees for examples.
You can’t teach your kind of harmony.

No one covers the Beatles tunes like you do and your versions are so fresh and energetic! I hope that you’ll be coming out with a Volume 4 or the MLT playing the Beatles and More. Can’t wait for my Duo Sessions cd to arrive. By the way, I pulled out the When We’re Together cd for another listen the other day, and it’s truly great. I love every song on it. Enjoy the summer!
