Coming Back to “Replugged” – Photos
You might remember the photos from our third ever time on stage with our new live band at the Replugged in May 2012. We posted these pictures a few months ago and while catching up with all other photo albums from 2012 we found another set of images from that same venue – only 4 months later on September 6th. Different show, same location, same band.
The sound engineer was much more trigger happy with the smoke machine this time around so the photos turned out a lot different. 🙂
We still remember the difference that these 4 months of live playing made on our confidence when being on stage. We were starting to get the hang of this!

Very hip and psychedelic feel to these photos – but I must confess when your lead singers are Mona and Lisa I want them in the lighting that shows off their beauty best…
So great to read your story of your early performance experiences from these series of photo slideshows. The cool red, green, blue, purple lighting effect with the smoke give your stage presence a Hendrix purple haze feel! You all look like a well polished groovy cool group right out of the box up there! All I have to do is put on the jukebox while I look at these and I feel like I’m there. 🙂 Thanks for sharing these, enjoying them very much!

Groovy indeed, PolkaDots, Smoke Machine, live gigging, all a fab combo, you can certainly sense, grasp the vibe essences eminating from these photos, wow, as you’ve said, same place, different vibe, but a good vibe, just another calibre form of it…lol…. thoroughly enjoying the gems you rediscover, and share,. For those who weren’t there in person, (myself included), these are the next best thing, to making it feel like were actually there, well, in spirit we were??☮
