Test Pilots Wanted – New Referral Program

We need your help to iron out kinks in a program for word of mouth promotion!

After enduring the ordeal of being hacked on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter last year, and losing access to these accounts for sometimes several weeks at a time, we started looking for alternative avenues to connect with our audience, and potentially even expand it, without relying solely on Social Media platforms. Over the years, we’ve learned the hard way that one thing proved itself more reliable than any social media platform: Our good ol’ Mailing List.

So we thought, what could be an engaging way to encourage people to join our mailing list? 🤔

We came across a referral program that lets us “gamify” “Spreading the Word” which we’d love to try out and get your opinion on.

We explain this further in the video below. The video is also embedded on the page you will be directed to after signing up. Therefore, we refer to different elements on the “page” that you are not seeing right now. This will make more sense once you have signed up yourself.

If you click the button below you will be able to sign up and get started.

Here is the list of rewards available to unlock, what do you think of them?

Some brutally frank feedback would be very much appreciated. Please don’t hesitate to point out anything that isn’t clear or doesn’t function as expected.

  1. One more thought.

Should you have a link to your Privacy Policy, and maybe Terms & Conditions, on the page where you ask for their name and email address?

  2. Latest news – a new Lennon-McCartney song has just been released 😉 no joke!

    Google Primrose Hill.

  3. I had a thought today that I plan to use here in America. Our election politics here this year are the worst I can ever remember, so I am planning on including “I Bought Myself a Politician” as a song to get people started. It seems like a good time to resend it here.

      1. The maelstrom looks pretty bizarre from the inside too, Len.

There’s a book called The 4th Turning – the newest edition is “The 4th Turning is Here”, that talks about a cyclical pattern of around 80-100 years, and how that’s happened for the last 5 centuries. Those cycles are divided into 4 turnings. The last, the 4th turning, is always the most tumultuous.

We’re in the 4th turning again right now. The last time we were in the 4th Turning, they called it the Great Depression. I bought the book but haven’t read it yet.

    1. I’ve been thinking about doing that too Dennis — for a while. I have 2-3 places in mind, and the traffic is so heavy, the chance of you and me running into each other is pretty small. I haven’t done it yet, though, I was a bit concerned about the political situation, but maybe when we get version 2, with any changes they make based on our feedback.

I was also thinking Why? might work for the same purpose, but it doesn’t have a video yet. Having whatever you send be combined with one of their vids just seems like a natural.

This reminds me of something else I was thinking of. It’d be interesting to know which approaches work best. We could learn from each other — and all get better at it. Team MLT will know who’s doing well with it. Which reminds me of something else I was thinking of.

After you win your first video chat with Lisa and Mona, then what? Another 1000 points for chat #2? Yeah, that seems unlikely, but we are talking about VIRAL. Growth in a hurry. They might think they have time before that happens, and maybe they do. Or maybe they don’t.

If they do 1/2 hour video chats, they could fit in around 17,500 of them per year. As long as they don’t waste time on sleeping. I’m sure they’ll adjust something if that problem comes up. Good problem to have.

The rewards are all fun, but the reward I’d most like to see is MLT world famous, or however they define success. They deserve it.

    2. This reminds of what Cass Elliot said after she and John Denver sang ” I’m Leaving On A Jet Plane ” , in regards to politics, but am not going into it here, as political commentary, is not to be in the mentioning /encouraged upon as with religious views, that’s a gentle reminder that Team MLT had posted on here, not to post/engage in political/religious postings… as it’s one of those things that can easily get nasty, so best bet, just play it safe, and not fully get into it, but I do like your thought of using ” I Bought Myself A Politician” etc from what you said in your commentary …

    3. If I’d have bought either of them I would want my money back 😀

As an inhabitant of planet earth, and British, I find it frustrating that I do not have a vote – as the outcome will affect me, as it will everyone in the currently beautiful World..

  4. I always share the ” When I’m 64 ” video, to family/friends when their 64th Birthday occurs…. and .. also have shared certain MLT videos to family/friends on their FB, as a comment, etc… hoping it would entice them, to checkout MLT more…. but I do know most often the video links are liked ….it’s up to the person, if they wish to pursue further …. at least it got their attention and perhaps, become fans …. I did post MLT videos on a FB Music Group Appreciation of a friend, and her sister certainly enjoyed what I posted, I told her to check out MLT stuff on YouTube, gave website link, again…. I do my part , it’s up to the other person to pursue….
I’m very much optimistic positivity-fied, that this Referral thing will be successful because like the motto in the ” Field of Dreams” movie says and I quote …. ” Build It and They ( originally it’s HE being referred to in movie ) Will Come ” or something along that line if my memory serves me correctly, I think…lol …. anyways , This is a humdinger approach and for those that don’t do social media, somehow, whete there there is a WILL there is a WAY …😉😊🤘🏻

  5. I suspect this is related to the issue I sent you yesterday, that I was sent to the signup page when I tried Chrome access on a different laptop.

When I signed up for the Newsletter, I used Chrome on my old laptop. Just now, using Firefox on that same laptop. it sent me to the signup page again, as if it didn’t know I was already signed up. I wasn’t expecting to see that page again.

    1. I believe, you’re onto something here with different Browsers & their features/functions/layouts/compatibility , etc . & likewise can be said for a desktop/laptop/phone/tablet as in Android & Apple ( iPhone/iPad ) & App versions of things versus the Desktop layouts/setup/features/functions… all are not treated equally …. Thus I can see how issues arise, maybe that is my issues I’m experiencing because I use Android phone/tablet, sometimes I use Samsung Browser/Chrome … there is a difference I’ve noticed when using each one when logging into MLT Club or YouTube, Social Media, again differences are apparent … though I’m by no means fully tech smart, I do know the basics to see the differences & how each do their thing, and once in awhile something will come up with the word ” keski ” ….

Just thought I’d chime in with my 2 cents worth

  6. This is a little off the subject but I liked the email with all the MLT videos on one page. Is there a way to put this in the MLT Club? I would love to have that easy access available. Just a thought, thanks.

      1. Chris,
Did you find this access in the club? I know I can access it through the email but I was looking for an easy access if I was in the Club lurking around, Lol. I know I am nitpicking, it’s only a couple clicks of the mouse to watch them all on YouTube also. Actually since you shared the link in this comment I can access it here, you’re a wise man Chris.

I know I agreed to be an MLT test pilot but I will probably crash land in Roswell New Mexico.

      2. Sorry Tim, sometimes I don’t know the answer and sometimes I don’t understand the question either.

It’s under Media in the heading.

      3. Thanks Chris, You did good. I didn’t know that existed under the Media heading. Some of those interview videos I have never seen before and some of the pictures in that photo gallery. Very cool.

    1. If you are using a PC, you can just drag the “Watch More Videos” box from this message to your desktop to have a desktop link – same goes for Chris’s link. If you are talking about phones or Apple products I have no idea.

      1. Thanks Dennis. I can see the VIDEOS link under MEDIA on my phone as well.

When you land on the Home Page, click on the hamburger icon in the upper left corner.

The hamburger icon is the button with 3 horizontal lines stacked on top of each other. Then tap MEDIA, then tap VIDEOS.

I don’t do Apple gear, so I haven’t tried that, but I imagine it’s similar.

      2. Dennis

Thanks for the tip, I now have a link to all these MLT vids right on my desktop, cool.

  7. It’s not clear to me how the rewards program is supposed to be an antidote to the website hacking issues. In any case, I’m pretty well tapped out when it comes to recommending the MonaLisa Twins to friends and family. My social solar system isn’t as extensive as it once was. For quite some time, I have been forwarding MLT videos to others for their edification and enjoyment. What they do with those videos is up to them, but it is worth noting, the videos, without exception, are happily received. I am at a certain age where I am not so keen on further material acquisitions, and intentionally becoming more hard edged about that. The MLT Club website gives me all that I could want and is quite enough to keep me happy.

Having said that, I should confess that I am the surprised and happy recipient of the MonaLisa Twins bobbleheads. It took quite a while for them to arrive, but as I type this, they are playing up a storm (Make Show) on my living room mantle. When I quizzed them, they told me that as soon as they landed in Toronto, they immediately headed for the Horseshoe Tavern. Apparently, it was Jam Night, so they lucked right out. From there, they commenced a series of one-night stands all across Canada (The Wide Wide Land), until they arrived in Calgary. They’re still enthusiastic about playing live gigs, so I told them I’d help them find gigs in pubs, bars, folk clubs and maybe even summer festivals, where they can play the full MonaLisa Twins repertoire. Or what about a double header with The Rutles. Just like Paul McCartney trying to get the rest of the band to tour again, the MLT Bobbleheads are excited to play live, and meet new fans. Time to once again be working musicians. The videos are good. Some are even extraordinary. But they aren’t the Cavern Club!

    1. It helps us insofar as it would be a way for us to reach new people without relying on the big Social Media platforms that are unfortunately very susceptible to getting hacked. It wouldn’t prevent us from getting hacked of course, it would just make it less devastating if we were to lose access to our Social Media pages again as we’d have other ways of reaching new people.

At the moment, 95% of listeners find us through YouTube and Facebook so should we lose access to these pages again, we pretty much lose the chance of growing our audience effectively. Which is why we’re always looking for other ways to spread the word. This referral program is intended to grow our mailing list which would make us less dependent on social media. https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/svg/1f642.svg

It’s just a voluntary, hopefully fun way to gamify the word-of-mouth thing a little bit! There is no pressure to join and we appreciate every way people tell their friends about us.

Haha, we’re so glad the bobbleheads arrived safely and soundly. Seems like they’ve gotten up to quite a lot since leaving the Wagner household. 🙂

  8. I was thinking it’s important that the first reward be great, since it’s a motivation to subscribe, and then to continue the process.

I’m not sure there is a way to have people understand what that first reward really is, until they see it. I just saw it and I’m sitting here crying it’s so beautiful. Oh wow.

  9. In 1991 I started a “Test Pilot” (aka software quality assurance) group in a Fortune 500 IT company. I started a couple more QA functions at other IT companies later, and worked in QA until I retired in 2022.

I always hired based on aptitude. Always. I’m having fun watching this happen here,. Last night I started looking at it and I’ll share some notes too.

Ever hear of a beta test? I think we’re the beta site.

  10. when someone signs up on my link and then gets one of their own and say they get a sign up is it mine too or did i just lose out on a reward?

    1. You’ll only earn points from the people who sign up using your unique referral code. If they then refer others using their own codes, they’ll earn the points. The system won’t track referrals beyond the first level. Hope that helps clarify things!

      1. Just a thought but it might be an improvement if there was some form of (perhaps reduced) reward for ‘secondary’ referrals. After all it could be that one new referral from an existing long term member who has already been, for example, spreading the word verbally, could spread to a number of new members. As Len mentioned a short while ago, he is “pretty well tapped out when it comes to recommending the MonaLisa Twins to friends and family”

  11. When I click on the referral link that I would send someone, it shows the sign up page momentarily and then goes to my rewards page. Is that normal? It doesn’t give the recipient a chance to sign up.

    1. Never mind, found the answer.

When someone clicks on that link, they’ll be taken to the opt-in page where they can sign up for our newsletter, and we will track that interaction.

If the person signs up, they’ll be redirected to a share page where they can see the prizes and keep track of their success.

      1. Jung, you say “never mind” since you found the answer. But it’s still good to mention anything that comes to mind as unclear, since it might help them, so you did the right thing.

I remember doing something like that when I worked a contract for AT&T, it seemed like nothing, but I mentioned it, and the developer told me it actually was because of a big problem they didn’t know about. It was the tip of the iceberg.

      2. Hi Chris, Jung has found the answer in what I have replied to a post of Tim Arnold below.

This is indeed not very clear and I was wondering about that behaviour of the software myself when I first tested it. It definitely needs a better explanation.

You are right such feedback is gold and you can never know in advance what would be a problem in practice.

      3. Hi Rudi, you were already on top of it before I even asked the question in response to Tim! Thank you for everything. 👍😊

  12. Obviously I’m in full throttle on this. Anything I can do to assist will be my distinct pleasure! You give us all your wonderful music and we get all the benefits of what you do just by listening to the beauty that is in your recordings.
So yeah, I’m signing up as soon as I enter this!!!

    1. Amazing!! Big thanks and have fun with it! If you notice anything that could use improvement, please let us know 🙂

    1. Hi David, just click on the signup link above again and this time you will land on the page where you can see your prizes and referral points.

There are actually only two links, one to the signup page and one to the page with rewards, share buttons and referral points. Let’s call it the share page.

If you are signed in it doesn’t matter what link you click you will always be redirected to the share page.

On the other hand if you are not signed up yet you get always redirected to the signup page automatically no matter which one of the two links you click.

So you basically need to save only one link to see your referral points:

      https://test.monalisa-twins.com/op-confirmed/nl-share/

When we officially start with this referral program we will place that link in the navbar of our site so it is always accessible.

      1. Thanks Rudi, you just answered my reply/question to Lisa’s note. Your ESP/clairvoyance is running peak performance!!! Cheers

  13. I’m not a big social media person, so I won’t be much help there.

I think the prizes are good, but to me, part of being in the MLT Club means spreading the word anyway – I don’t expect anything in return except the wonderful music you create.

I have tried on many occasions to get family, friends, and others to listen to your music. So far I have failed to get anyone interested enough to join a mailing list but I will continue to spread the word. I have sent “When I’m 64” to everyone I know that turned 64; they all like it but … some people are just not into music I guess.

As far as how to get more people to join up, perhaps releasing some more club only videos to public YouTube a bit more quickly would pay dividends. There are some people I would love to send links to “Alone” and “Teach Your Children” to (and the same goes for many of your other videos).

Hearing you sing “When I’m 64” years ago was all it took to make me a fan. I found you via Google looking for that song.

Getting past the fan “Tipping Point” can be difficult, hopefully the path doesn’t get too frustrating for you.

  14. I’m sorry to hear that the MonaLisa Twins have been hacked on their social media. Those criminal hackers are real bullies.
I’m not very active on social media, but in real life I have already told some friends and relatives about the MLT. In Belgium, where I live, the MonaLisa Twins are unfortunately unknown to most people.
I would like to send the link to some friends and family members and encourage them to join the MLT mailing list. I’m a little afraid they will do it to please me and not because they are really interested. That wouldn’t be the right motivation.
But I can give it a try, send the link to them and hope they love the music of the MonaLisa Twins as much as I do. 🙂

  15. I think it’s a great idea, and checking out all the info, looks like it will be a lot of fun. I know some might find it awkward to push a personal interest, but I think it’s always good to share with family, friends, and associates what you are passionate about. And the fact it is something that can truly enrich someone’s life through the beauty of music, like I found when I discovered MLT, is a good cause. I already added the link as part of my email signature, and I can think of hobby and music forums I belong to that I can share this at…. At work? Maybe, in some employee personal spotlight sections. I think there can be many creative ways to get the word of mouth out through this program. Let’s all collectively help break the 1000 MLT Club membership barrier, and grow this wonderful place into the thousands.

    1. Jung, I like the way you are thinking. I think as club members we should share our ideas here on different ways we can share the link to reach more people with out seeming invasive. I am only on Facebook and only connected with 100 or so people. They are all real friends including a lot of family. Most of them already know about my love for MLT music but I can talk to them in person and if they are interested they can find the link on my page. That way them and me will not feel like I am sending them advertisement. I will share it with friends who are at a distance from me. I will share the link on my YouTube channel as well as other websites and forums I follow as I see it is appropriate.

      1. Hi Tim.
Agreed, and a good approach. I think each of us have a unique situation with our family and friends and acquaintances, and how we recommend and encourage people to check out MLT will vary greatly. It is important to do it in a way that does not come across as being pushy, but rather informative and you are letting them know of something that you find valuable and perhaps others might too.

  16. So do I copy and paste my referral link to send it in a message or email or is there a better way to do this? Can you track it that way?

    1. I’m not real smart when it comes to this high techy stuff. I don’t know how much I can help but it might be fun trying. I only do Facebook and not much of that if I can help it. I only have maybe 100 friends on there so we will see. Most of my older friends like harder rock music or country music and the young ones like whatever that music is called they listen to, but who knows, if they hear really good music for a change it might wake them up.

    2. Hey Tim, this feedback is really valuable. It seems like the explanation might not be very clear.

You can use the referral link in various ways – on a website, in an email, on social media, in an SMS message, and so on. It just needs to be clickable.

When someone clicks on that link, they’ll be taken to the opt-in page where they can sign up for our newsletter, and we will track that interaction.

If the person signs up, they’ll be redirected to a share page where they can see the prizes and keep track of their success.

If someone who is already signed up clicks on the link, they’ll bypass the op-in page and be instantly redirected to the share page.

Does that explanation make more sense? Let us know if you still have any questions or suggestions for improvement!

      1. Thank you Rudolf for the explanation. It helps me understand how it works a lot better. So non-club members can earn their own rewards by signing up and sharing their own links, very cool.

So I shared it to my own Facebook page as well. That way I can grab my own link there without having to sign into the club each time. That makes it quick and easy to share.

      2. Hi Tim….I’ve already went and done that.. shared my referral link on my own Facebook/Twitter/Instagram accounts .. and will continue to also do old school of actual word of mouth , wearing what #MLTBUZZLUVGROOVIFIED swag I have , etc ….😎🤘🏻☮️

      3. That’s cool Jacki, you should also post it in the Intergalactic Club. I know a lot of people will see it there. Hopefully a few will subscribe to the newsletter.

      4. That’s a good thought , but first, I’d prefer to get permission from Team MLT first/foremost whether I could/can’t beforehand to post my referral link … then if I got permission to Go Ahead, I would, if not, that’s okay too… I like to ask/get permission from Team MLT first before doing anything outside MLT Club/Team MLT Directly Related … 🤘🏻

      1. Changes in procedure are tuff for me …so this Dream a Little Dream video is a one and done….even if you’re an MLT Club member that’s it until at some point in the future it goes public…I am confused.

    1. Rick you have to sign up, that gives you 20 points and unlocks the next page. There you can click on the Twins social media tabs on the right and get enough points to unlock the video.

      1. Hi Tim…thanks for responding..there was a nice collage of songs that would be helpful in showing someone…hopefully that will be available all the time…..that being said I already share the videos with my friends / relatives / new acquaintances on Messenger / YouTube ….well we will see how it works out .

    2. For now, we’re keeping the ‘Dream A Little Dream Of Me’ video exclusive as the first prize for our referral program. However, it will eventually become a post in the MLT Club too. So, even if you’re not participating in the referral program, you’ll still get to see it here some day!

And some good news: next week’s regular MLT Club post will be another new Duo Session! 🙂

      1. I saw the Dream a Little Dream of Me video posted here in the club a week or two ago, without any accompanying explanatory text. Was that just a test posting or something?

      2. Yes, David. I’ve also definitely previously seen this video on here recently. Would be interested in the answer to your question.

  17. Word of mouth is the best way to grow a business. As you know I have been advertising for you on my pickup.
I think your plan here is a great idea !
My daughter use to manage the web site of a Hollywood person. It was very successful

I’ll get some feedback from her also. Again a very exciting plan you have with Great Rewards ! Can’t wait to get started !

  18. Hello Girls…as always I love what you do and always looking forward to what’s next…..I never have been one to try to get points for anything…over the years that I’ve been an MLT Club member I’ve spoken to many many many people about MLT…played video for them ..sometimes I’ll have my MLT hoodie or wearing a MLT t-shirt or any of the products I’ve given away many CDs etc….ive always left it up to them to subscribe…I don’t bug people about joining …I’ll show your latest instagram pics….but the one thing that I can’t do anymore is give somebody an MLT magnet…that magnet gets put in their pocket and when they get home it’s a reminder to them to put it on the refrigerator or wherever and constantly being reminded to check you out on YouTube…I can’t do this anymore because you no longer sell magnets…..how many people have subscribed because of me giving them something…I have no idea….wearing your t-shirts are conversation starters or your hat….even the guitar picks and the MLT Tote bag that I’ve given to various musician friends to help put those small performing items…electric chords…microphone…etc when the night is over …the MAGNETS ARE A CONSTANT REMINDER to check out MLT on YouTube .

  19. Ok, though, I cannot still access the video, I signed up, using my backup/secondary email, as it is working better than my Gmail is….lol… if that is a problem/issue, please let me know , Thankyou… My Gmail email is my main one I use and associated/ on file on here but I have been having on/off issues with it , so I signed up using my backup/secondary email, my Yahoo one, which you can add to my file if you wish to, also this way , I can still receive emails, etc. & not miss out on receiving info, etc …. Yahoo one is better behaving for time being ….

    1. Jacki, when you go to the sign up page, on the right is a list of the Twins social pages. If you click on each one and answer the question you get 5 points. Click on two and get 10 points and so on. You get 20 points to start so you only need 10 more points to unlock the video. I hope I am not sharing anything I’m not suppose to but I think the objective is to get the train rolling so the more that get started and unlock the video the better.

      1. Hi Rudi, Thankyou for replying back to me. … no, it wasn’t that one that you screenshot to show ne, it was the vudeo of the girls explaining referral thing… I eventually was finally able to access/see/hear it …. All I was getting was a blank Grey screen with a pixels sad face emotion type thing, on both my Android phone/tablet … still not sure if it was a glitch on WiFi connection/Browser/WordPress compatibility or exactly what but for now, it seems to be working … Thankyou again for your visual reference reply with screenshot, that was helpful in understanding your reply ( I’m a visual person so diagrams/screenshots along with written form , works best for me in trying to understand/grasp a concept ) , much Appreciated 🤘🏻🙂

      2. So you meant the one on this page here. The one above↑?
And did you get this blank screen with a sad emoji only where the video should appear or for the whole page?

      3. Hi again Rudi, Thankyou for replying again… to answer to your question.. Yes, it was that one from above where M & L explained about Referral Concept and it was only in that section/area where the Grey blank area with the pixel-ated sad emoji face appeared– where the YouTube video should of been … I think/take it /am I to understand that different Android devices /Laptops/Desktops and all Apple , etc. devices operate differently and setups/functionality are all different, , etc perhaps not always compatible with software stuff, etc…. I’m glad you’re able to know technical aspects as you do, well all of you do… and do explain helpfully with visual references , ( screenshots ) to help me understand/grasp what you’re referring to/explaining things … much Appreciated 🤘🏻😊

  20. In case, I cannot for whatever still not be able to view video, could a quick highlight of what’s it about be mentioned or messaged to me n here and what/how it will/does correlate to the SIGNUP button link, etc …. I’m sad that I cannot access the video to watch to get an understanding of what is being tested/proposed here… I do lik referral incentive concept ….

  21. Arrrgghhh… cannot seem to be able to access video on my Androud Phone/Tablet….not sure if it’s a Word Press compatibility issue with my Android phone/tablet, or a Word Press glitch, a Wi-Fi thing… combo of all these things…. I’d like to watch to see what’s this about and then go from there… I do spread by word of mouth, share video links once made public onto my own FB page … show people who MLT are, on my phone if I’m out n about , so the folks can match faces with music and then it’s up to those folks to decide to pursue further… and I always hope they do, I wear my MLT hat /Tees/goodies in that I have in warmer weather as in Late Spring, all Summer into Early Fall …

I’ll keep trying to access in seeing video here, not giving up ….🤘🏻💎

    1. Jacki,
That’s great that you found an issue. What happened? Can you tell them the steps to take to make it happen again? What kind of Android Phone or Tablet is it? Thanks!

      1. Hi Chris…. I’m not much smart in tech dept, on devices/phones, whether it be laptops/desktops/smartphones/tablets… I have a Samsung s22 Android phone and a Samsung Android Galaxy A8 Tablet ( I think that’s what both are respectively ?! )

  22. Well, this changes things a little; I bought my first MLT CD (“Orange”) through Amazon before it hit me that you get more revenue from direct sales, so all the rest have been through the website because I want to support MLT as best I can. In fact, I won some freebies on the 1st anniversary video, and felt so bad that after I ordered my prizes, I made a donation right away. This new program is indicative of the growth you have cultivated over the years and that’s great to see.

I see only one potential negative on the rewards, in the exclusive videos. Sort of thought that was a Club thing via the Early Access feature, although perhaps a free trial membership could be a reward? A month or so?

  23. My concern is that the rewards might be things that could be obtained no other way. This is great for those type A personalities and socialites who have lots of friends on and off social media. Those of us that are introverts and reclusive or aren’t even on any social media (I deleted all my accounts a couple years ago and don’t miss the constant barrage of negativity and paranoia in the slightest) are automatically excluded from winning anything just because of our personalities or number of friends. While I’m all in favor of rewarding those that do, I’m more in favor of it being gifts that could otherwise be purchased, or perhaps even things like the personal video chat, which while rare and the awesomest thing ever (aside from a personal invite to sit down for coffee) is still something that’s available from time to time through other means. Bottom line is that we’re not all starting out on an even playing field here. I know, life isn’t fair. lol. I just wouldn’t want anyone to feel left out of something.

But…with that concern aside…I’m so glad you’re rebuilding these networks and definitely support rewarding anyone who can help achieve that!

    1. I largely agree Roger. Whilst I use Facebook, I have very few contacts. I would need to reach further and wider than my social media allows.
I also don’t personally like being bombarded with other peoples’ promotional business links so would feel uncomfortable doing the same to others
HOWEVER, I am more than happy to spread the word where I feel it is appropriate and feel comfortable doing so

    2. hi roger i agree to what you said I too don’t have much social contacts but i have worn by teeshirt and have people give me thumbs up or stopped to talk so im going to have the link on some paper to spread it that way, take care

    3. Good point Roger.

All my friends and family have already heard about MLT, since I already told them. But I just take that as a challenge. Obviously they were never going to get huge based just on who I know.

My favourite part of the design is the viral aspect. You tell 3 people, they each tell 3 people, 3 more, 3 more, it grows exponentially.

I’m wondering who else has done something like this in the music biz?

    4. Hi Roger,
Well we SHOULDN’T be excluded from anything seeing as though we are already in the MLT Club. From time to time we do get some exclusive things from the girls. I’m not on a lot of social media either, just Twitter (which is a mess and I’m thinking of leaving possibly) and Instagram. I don’t do Facebook (what a major security mess that place is!) or TikTok (too many dopes).

People can either opt to do this or not. Personally I do from time to time spread the MLT word and I don’t expect anything for doing it. I do it out of love of the girls and what Machalea and Rudi do for us as well.

  24. This is great! I love Mona 👱‍♀️ and Lisa 👩‍🦰 and I promised them I would tell them my story about playing in a show with the Animals, Herman’s Hermits and others. I have procrastinated about writing my story because I haven’t found the time and I am not very good at writing. I tend to go off and get lost in too much detail, but in the next week or so I will try to share it with them through email or what ever method is available. I will post it for the MLT Club members as well.

  25. Wow , I just enjoyed the new video…….. it gave me goosebumps from the first note……. those harmonies are just incredible……. and sure love the dresses you wear…….thank you for this video, once again you made my weekend!!! And will i dream tonight????? Sure i will now….

  26. Thats a great idea ladies , it makes you less vulnerable to hackers, great thinking. I hope lots of members can spread your words!!!
