I feel like these lyrics can go a few different ways, but I’m going to take a stab at what I think was the inspiration to write this song.
I believe it’s referencing the music industry and the two of you breaking out on your own to do it your own way.
This is what’s great about well written lyrics, the interpretation can be left up to the listener.
I’m so glad you put this lyrics section in here so we can ponder each songs meaning. I’m starting to believe that the Wagner family does not write in black and white! No wonder Jung sends you so many different ink colors for your pens, he knows you so well!!
